LEGIT BBQ in Budapest! I have lived here for 15 years....and for 15 years, I have wanted and looked for anything BBQ or Smoked anything in relation to American Southern BBQ. Well Bp BARbq is legit! 12 hour low and slow Brisket = Great bark and smoke ring (grape vine wood and beech wood), in house made fresh sausages, BBQ Pork ribs with the in house secret dry rub (I know the secret). They also have an in house vinegar based BBQ sauce to die for with a little bite to it. I personally ordered the "Tipsy Texan" and the "BBQ Pork Ribs" just to see if they were legit. I assure you they are and no, I did not finish everything. The sides, In house coleslaw has an awesome homemade taste however....colorless....white (I would add carrots and purple cabbage to make it look more vibrant. The Mac and Cheese....oh what can I say? Ummmm....amazing! With bacon and jalapeno pieces. Customer service: My hostess, Brigitta , was brilliant AND she speaks English! The Chef and Kitchen staff were extremely open and knowledgeable when I asked them BBQ and Smoking questions with a little bit of help from Google Translate. ;) The Bartender makes a killer Margarita! 2 thumbs up! Tried the brisket and the ribs both was super tender and had a great taste of smoke�

Da ich selbst gelernter Koch bin und diverse Burgerkreationen kenne, muss ich doch sagen, dass diese Burger hier einfach der Hammer sind und oben heraus stechen. Der Geschmack ist das Wichtigste an Allem und den treffen die Jungs hammerhart. Die selbtgemachten Pommes sind auch der Killer, wie zu Hause bei Mutti.
Die Servicefachkraft sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Köche hinter dem Tresen sind immer für ein wenig Spass aufgelegt und lachen nicht selten. Dies ist ein sehr gutes Zeichen. Denn nur mit Freude und Liebe glingt einem solcher Food... das Team, das Essen, das Lokal es passt einfach alles...
Und das Geilste, wenn man schon hereinkommt riecht man den Smoker��
Für alle die auf richtigen �Foodporn� stehen, ist dieser Laden ein MUSS!
